☑Education/Qualifications
• Bachelor degree holder
• Age Between 30 – 40 yrs
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences in management, operations, and leadership
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of driver operational management
• Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and presentation software and hardware
• Familiarity with data management systems and ability to learn new systems ☑Main Responsibilities
• Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the platform
• Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service
• Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency
• Responsible with day to day report of accident, trips errors and application errors to operation head.
• Manage meet up, discuss with drivers weekly or monthly for sharing experience of their carrier.
• Handle with drivers daily payment late collection
• Checking of registered number of drivers and make sure maximum number of drivers are available, active on the system
• Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft or over speeding
• Responsible with day to day report of accident, trips errors and application errors to operation head.
• Manage meet up, discuss with drivers weekly or monthly for sharing experience of their carrier.
• Taking action, such as cash fine on drivers who are against the company procedure
• Develop and maintain a system for driver retention, including driver relations engagement and bridging communication between Dispatch Operations
